What is your Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tag, and in original condition (free from hair, mud, or marsh water). It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Returns go across the nose of Si, our retired duck dog turned Head of Quality Control. Returns get his full attention—like a whistle sit at 100 yards. He reviews every return with the focus of a dog waiting for the next mark. He’s fair but don’t test his patience with a muddy hoodie.
